1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and betphil ("betphil," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the betphil online gaming platform accessible at betphil.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

Age Verification Process

betphil reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, passport, or driver's license. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the timeframe specified by betphil may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any bonus funds.

betphil takes underage gambling seriously. If betphil has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned, and any winnings generated during the period of underage access may be voided.

3. Account Registration

To access betphil's gaming services, you must create a single registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one betphil account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Verification (KYC)

betphil may require you to complete a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documentation may include a valid government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. betphil reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betphil account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your betphil account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your betphil account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

betphil will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your betphil account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified betphil of a security breach in a timely manner.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

betphil accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

betphil does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to betphil's verification requirements. betphil reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. betphil aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, though processing times may be affected by payment provider timelines and verification requirements.

Anti-Money Laundering

betphil is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. betphil reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

betphil may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all betphil bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multipliers are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited.
• betphil reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.

• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betphil staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

9. Responsible Gaming

betphil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if betphil has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

betphil does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betphil shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond betphil's reasonable control.

12. Amendments to These Terms

betphil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, betphil will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the betphil Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure set out in these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
